Založen byl v roce 2005 po zániku původního Hornchurch FC. Ve sportovní terminologii se tak jedná o tzv. Phoenix club. Od sezóny 2018/19 hraje v Isthmian League Premier Division (7. nejvyšší soutěž). Klubové barvy jsou červená, bílá a černá.
Své domácí zápasy odehrává na Hornchurch Stadium s kapacitou 3 500 diváků.
