Založen byl v roce 1998 po fúzi klubů Havant Town a Waterlooville. Od sezóny 2018/19 hraje v National League (5. nejvyšší soutěž).
Své domácí zápasy odehrává na stadionu West Leigh Park s kapacitou 5 250 diváků.
