Kortikoliberin (též hormon uvolňující kortikotropin - CRH nebo faktor uvolňující kortikotropin - CRF) je peptidový hormon hypothalamu složený z 41 aminokyselin. Stimuluje syntézu a sekreci hormonu ACTH (adrenokortikotropinu) z hypofýzy.
