Albert Flores4. mistrovství světa v cyklokrosu se konalo 8. března 1953 v Oñati ve Španělsku. K závodu bylo přihlášeno 43 závodníků, jeden ale k závodu nenastoupil a dalších devět ho nedokončilo. Do cíle tak dojelo 33 závodníků. Trať závodu byla dlouhá 21,727 km. Zvítězil Roger Rondeaux z Francie s téměř minutovým náskokem před Gilbertem Bauvinem. S dvouminutovou ztrátou dojel třetí André Dufraisse. Všichni medailisté byli z Francie.
