Parasphaerichthys je rod labyrintních ostnoploutvých paprskoploutvých ryb z čeledi guramovití (Osphronemidae). Zahrnuje dva známé druhy - Parasphaerichthys lineatus a Parasphaerichthys ocellatus, oba ze sladkých vod Myanmaru. Typovým druhem rodu je Parasphaerichthys ocellatus.
