Albert FloresNHL All-Star Team je tým složený z nejlepších hráčů profesionální hokejové ligy NHL. Tým je každoročně vybírán prostřednictvím hlasování fanoušků, sportovních novinářů a hokejových profesionálů. Tito hráči jsou vybíráni na základě svých individuálních výkonů a schopností v průběhu sezóny. NHL All-Star Team je rozdělen do tří týmů - prvního, druhého a třetího týmu. Hráči, kteří jsou vybráni do prvního týmu, jsou považováni za absolutní špičku svého oboru. Tito hráči jsou oceněni a představováni na All-Star Game, která je každoročně pořádána NHL. Tým je jedním z nejvyšších individuálních ocenění ve světě hokeje a hráči, kteří jsou do něj vybráni, se mohou pyšnit prestižním titulem.
All-Star Team NHL je ideální sestava sezóny severoamerické hokejové National Hockey League. Hráči do 1. a 2. nejlepší sestavy sezóny NHL jsou voleni reportéry ze Sdružení profesionálních hokejových novinářů.
Tradice vyhlašování All-Star Týmů vznikla v roce 1931, kdy bylo poprvé vyhlášeno 12 nejlepších hokejistů sezóny NHL, po dvou na každém postu, a k nim byli zvoleni i dva nejlepší trenéři a také nejlepší nováček. Nejlepší nováčci přestali být od roku 1936 vyhlašováni, protože pro nejlepší nováčky vznikla nová trofej Calder Memorial Trophy, ale trenéři přestali být vyhlašováni až v roce 1947.
