Albert FloresVe Formuli 1 v roce 1996 se opět uskutečnilo celkem 16 závodů Grand Prix. Mistrem světa se stal Damon Hill (syn Grahama Hilla) s vozem Williams-Renault FW18. Pohár konstruktérů získala po roční přestávce opět stáj Williams.
